How we measure the business result

We get paid on money: revenue, margin or savings. Technical metrics only show how we get there.

  1. 01 · Technical change

A lead reaches a rep in 5 minutes

  2. 02 · Team behaviour

The rep calls before the buyer goes elsewhere

  3. 03 · Result in money

    More won deals

Pay for hours or pay for results?

The usual model: you pay for hours

  • ✕The risk is yours
  • ✕The vendor earns more when the project runs longer
  • ✕Success = “implemented”, even if nobody uses it

Datalance: you pay for results

  • ✓We share the risk with you
  • ✓We earn when you earn more
  • ✓Success = more money in the business

Example business goals

  • More revenue from inbound leads
  • More won deals from the same pipeline
  • Win-back of lost customers
  • Labour cost savings
  • Faster invoicing and cash collection
Cost of doing nothing

What does the current state cost you?

Enter your numbers. We calculate two things: time lost on manual work and revenue from leads that slip away.

Questions

Before you ask

What if there is no result?

Then you do not pay [TO FILL: the bonus / part of the fee]. That is why we agree the goal and measurement in writing before we start.

How do you separate your impact from seasonality and other activities?

We compare the same period year over year and, where possible, a group affected by the change with a control group. The method goes into the contract.

How will you know how much we earn?

From data you share, limited to what the measurement needs. We sign an NDA.

What if we delay the project?

The measurement period moves by the length of the delay. The rules are in the contract.
